Power Training
with Rice Bushels and Gold Coins.
Most of you already know by now that the attributes (energy/will/brave/health) is restored every 5 minutes. Lets call it a system refresh. Every 5 minutes there will be a refresh which normally restores set amount of energy (8% for non-donators and 17% for donators) and the Will bar will reset to 100% if its at least 70% before the refresh. When doing Power Training we have to be VERY CAREFUL about this, the time factors into how successful a Power Training is. Because it depends on this 5 minutes between each refresh as your Will will reset down to 100% if its above that amount. To do this to the maximum potential you should have at least 405 bushels of rice (that should get you to roughly 490% Will) and around 240 gold coins to refill your energy the (approximately) 12 times that it should take to go from 490% to 80-95% Will.
1) Before doing anything you need to prepare for it as youll need multiple tabs to do this efficiently (tabbed browser such as Firefox and the newest version of IE are the best options out there).
2) Once you have a tabbed browser and youre logged onto SoL, youll need to open one tab that will sit in the Rice Patties while you wait for the system refresh, another tab will sit in the Gym. I recommend setting this up at least a minute before the system refresh as it is likely that you will trip over a rock as youre heading to the Rice Patties. Once youre finally there, use whatever energy you have in the Gym and wait for the next system refresh.
3) Check the server clock constantly by clicking on Gym (while in the Gym tab). Once the server time ends with a multiple of a 5 (ie 5:05, 6:10, 7:35, etc.) Train once more in the Gym tab so that your Will will drop to 96-99% and energy to 0% again, you have to do this because the Geisha restores approximately 5% Will but the Power Training wont work if your Will is already 100%, what we want to happen is for your Will to go up into the 400% range (DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO ABOVE 500%, IT JUST WONT WORK! It resets your Will to 100%.) Now go to the second tab which is already sitting in the Rice Patties and use Geisha option once. when the page is refreshed to show this line "youve paid 5 bushels to refill.. " start refreshing the tab (F5) as quickly as you can, allow the page to load every tenth or twentieth time until you get to the desired Will *around 450~490%* then jump back to the Gym tab for energy refill (click on the energy refill link) once all thats done correctly you can now go back to the gym. Your Energy will be at 100% and your Will will be somewhere between 450 and 498% which is exactly what we want. Now use all of the energy however you want to (I recommend Strength, Agility, or Guard. Labour is pretty much useless to train in this manner).
4a) You can now either simply refill your energy by clicking on the Energy Refill link and then using all of the energy on whatever stat you want to train in and repeat those two steps until your Will is just below 100% AND NO LOWER. Its a waste of gold to train at below 100% Will.
OR
4b) You can now refill your energy, go back to the Geisha tab and refresh that a couple of times and then continue the training. Refill energy, refresh Geisha tab a couple times, continue training. Repeat until your out of Rice then out of Will then out of time. With this way you MUST CONSTANTLY WATCH THE TIME. When down to just two minutes left, stop refilling the Will and just use it all up and dont even bother switching which stat youre training. I STRONGLY ADVISE that you do not use this alternate method if you are using Dial-up or have an otherwise slow connection.
If you got the right timing, then youre gonna be nearing system refresh again and if you used option 4a (or 4b if you still have plenty enough rice left) youll be just about ready for another session of Power Training as the system refresh will occur. You just need to get your Will back down to just below 100% by using the new energy in the Gym and start the process over again at the point of refreshing the Geisha tab.
Note: Any equipment that increases a stat by some% must be removed to get the best results possible (same is true for normal training).
